Details
Most task lists are flat. As soon as a job consists of several steps that have steps of their own, the structure gives way. In conlud you nest subtasks across as many levels as you need — one job stays one job, even with twenty sub-steps hanging off it.
You can assign a single task or a whole branch including its subtasks, to a person, a role or a team. conlud distinguishes between the current assignee, the wider assignee group and observers, so it’s clear who has to act and who is only kept informed.
Every task carries a start and due date, a status and a planned duration. The description is formatted text with screenshots, images, PDFs and other files embedded directly — the instructions sit with the task rather than in a folder next to it. Colours and icons keep task types distinguishable in long lists.
Choose the view that fits: list, Kanban board or calendar. Same data, different presentation.
There will be something to see here in the next few days.
