Projects

A project is rarely a list. It consists of sub-projects with their own work packages, and those in turn of individual tasks. In conlud you build these levels without the structure stopping at a fixed depth.

When something shifts, you drag task branches to a different place. Between tasks and milestones you define dependencies, so it’s visible what is waiting on what.

Milestones can be typed — sign-off, quality gate, project completion — and marked with colours and icons, making the kind of date recognisable at a glance in the Gantt view.

Three views are available: the Gantt chart for scheduling, exportable as PDF for status reports; the Kanban board for ongoing work; and the calendar view for upcoming dates.

Tasks inside a project behave as they do everywhere in conlud — assignment, dates, status, attached documents. Who sees what within a project follows the permissions from MeineFirma.
