The calendar in conlud isn’t a second place to store dates — it’s the time axis across data that already sits in the system. Set a due date on a task and it appears in the calendar without anyone entering it again. The same goes for milestones from project planning.
Alongside your own appointments you see group calendars. Groups can follow the organisational structure — department, role, project team — or be put together freely where people work across departmental lines. Who sees which calendar is governed by the permissions from MeineFirma.
Absences appear in the same view, so when you’re scheduling you can see who is actually available in the period in question.
